I spent years in my own patterns of making myself smaller others, ignoring my needs to more like-able, less disruptive, and ultimately save myself from losing love. This led me to years of self abandonment and low self esteem. 

It was a long journey, but in time I've healed the roots of my people pleasing patterns and have become a truly confident, self aware, and powerful woman with high self worth.  No longer sacrificing myself for others and fully aligned with my values.
