Terms & Conditions for Purchases

By purchasing any program, coaching container, retreat, workshop, course, or digital product from Anjali Romaniuk / Radical Woman, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personal Growth & Educational Purpose

All offerings are intended for personal growth, education, self-reflection, and personal development. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, mental health care, or other professional services. Please seek appropriate support from a qualified professional when needed.

2. No Guarantees

Anjali Romaniuk provides tools, practices, education, and guidance to support your personal journey. Results vary from person to person, and no specific personal, professional, financial, emotional, or transformational outcome is guaranteed.

3. Intellectual Property

All course and program materials—including videos, audio, written content, workbooks, somatic practices, exercises, journal prompts, and other resources—are the intellectual property of Anjali Romaniuk and/or Radical Woman. Materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, recorded, or resold without written permission.

4. No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By enrolling in or purchasing any Anjali Romaniuk / Radical Woman program, coaching container, retreat, workshop, course, or digital product, you acknowledge and agree that payments cannot be refunded, transferred, or canceled after purchase. If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation or completion of the program.

5. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for how you choose to engage with the content and practices. By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, well-being, boundaries, and decisions before, during, and after the program.

6. Confidentiality

For group programs, coaching containers, and retreats, you agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants. Personal stories, experiences, or information shared within the group may not be shared outside of the container without permission.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in personal development, somatic, movement, breathwork, retreat, and other experiential practices may involve emotional, psychological, or physical experiences. You voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation and agree to release Anjali Romaniuk and Radical Woman from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
